Private · On your iPhone

Most apps remember what you consumed. Cineware remembers who was there.

A relational journal for showing up — long coffees, shared meals, trips, movie nights, and solo time that counts. No feed, no account, no audience. Just a slowly growing ledger of the people your hours belonged to.

Company first. Everything else follows.

Home, People, and Keepsakes orbit one idea: the hour mattered because someone shared it — including you, on your own.

A week of care

See time together unhurried — overview in human words, jump by day, revisit one person or one kind of hangout when memory pulls you there.

Relationships that thicken

Last seen, shared Journey, notes that belong to someone, plans for next time, anniversaries grown from your own logs — not badges to chase.

Souvenirs, not posts

Memory Reels from real moment photos — with someone, recent weeks, a year together — kept on your device until you choose to share.

Why Cineware feels different

Not a feature checklist — a stance on what deserves to be remembered.

·

The question comes first

With whom? When and where? What kind of togetherness? Detail wraps around companionship — not the other way around.

·

Anti-feed by design

No account, no followers, no stranger timeline. Your journal is not fuel for a platform — it is memory for you.

·

Solo counts too

Quiet hours alone are logged with the same dignity as group hangs — without treating solitude as a gap in a streak.

·

Milestones from real life

Friendship anniversaries and gentle drift reminders grow from what you actually wrote down — optional, never performative.

·

Movies as footnote

Optional TMDB lookup when a night was about a title; the record still belongs to the people in the room.

·

Yours until you say otherwise

Data lives on your iPhone. Backup export, reels, and posters leave the app only when you share them.

Film search & TMDB — permission and purpose

Cineware uses The Movie Database (TMDB) only when you search for a film or show to attach to a moment (typically under Movies & Shows). It is not a browse-first movie catalog.

  • What uses the network: your search keywords are sent to TMDB; title, year, and poster artwork for the item you pick are downloaded from TMDB servers (api.themoviedb.org and image.tmdb.org).
  • What is not uploaded: your full journal, people list, notes, or photo library — TMDB requests are limited to optional film lookup.
  • On-device cache: selected metadata and posters are stored locally for offline viewing in your timeline.
  • Attribution: This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. See in-app Profile → TMDB attribution and TMDB API Terms.

If you never search for a film, everyday logging does not require TMDB.

Remember the face, not the feed

Cineware is for people who would rather recall who shared the hour than optimize a profile. Questions? lunacove817@outlook.com.
